Shipping Policy

On average it takes 1-2 days to process an order for shipment. Processing time can vary depending on order traffic. Orders received after 3:00 pm CDT would counted with the next business day. When the order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Currently we are using United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping. Transit times listed below are a statement of the the shipping companies and are subject to conditions. Please visit their websites for more information. To get a more accurate estimate of when you will recieve your purchase, add 2 days to their transit times.


  • Priority Mail Express : Overnight guaranteed
  • Priority Mail : 1 - 3 days
  • First Class Mail : 2 - 3 days
  • USPS Retail Ground : 2 - 8 days

Return Policy

At we want our customers to enjoy their puchases. We strive to offer quality products and package your purchases to arrive in new condition. We realize this sometimes does not happen and have developed a Return Policy for these instances.

If you are not satisfied with the product or picked the wrong product, you can return or exchange the product within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

  • The product must be in the original packaging in new, unused condition.
  • The packaging must not be damaged, cut, torn or written on
  • Shipping and Handling fees are not refunded on any returns.

The following conditions will not be accepted.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect or altered
  • Damaged packaging, written on or resealed with duct tape
  • Unauthorized returns
  • Any product with a cut electrical wire/cord.
